Dream Maker Program Appendix
The Dream Maker program was written exclusively by sleep expert, Lucy Shrimpton to provide parents and caregivers a proven system and solution to behavioural sleep challenges in 0-6 year olds.
Enrolment is either online or by application and scheduling a Discovery Call during which we will discover the level of guidance and support required to reach the client’s goals.

You appoint Dreamwork Consulting Ltd, trading as ‘The Sleep Nanny’ of Lancaster Court, 8 Barnes Wallis Road, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5TU (“The Sleep Nanny” or “We”) as your provider of the “Dream Maker Program” services selected and detailed in the Key Details and/or Order Confirmation (the “Services”). The Services will start on the date set out on the Order Confirmation (“Start Date”) and will continue until the appointment expires or is terminated in accordance with the provisions of these terms.
2. Enrolling in the Dream Maker Program
2.1. The “Dream Maker Program'' involves training relating to infant sleep, access to the program portal online, and may (depending on the particular course you sign up for) include [one-to-one support, a 30 minute consultation and/or additional direct support].
2.2. Before enrolling there is the option to schedule a telephone meeting, so that we can agree on the support you want and need, and tailor a package of the Dream Maker Program to suit you. If we decide to work with you and those details are agreed, you will either be sent a link to enrol in the Dream Maker Program or we will enrol you over the telephone. Once enrolled you will get access to the Dream Maker online portal with login credentials we will send to you. Alternatively, enrolment can be done by you online.
2.3. In addition to the Dream Maker Program set out above (and depending upon the particular program you sign up for) we will provide you with access to a private Facebook group where you can discuss ideas and share challenges and successes with us and with other clients in the program.
2.4. In order to undertake the Dream Maker Program you need a computer or device internet access and website browser. To access the full extent of support available on some of the program levels, a Facebook account is required and preferably your computer or device will have a camera and microphone.
3.1. You agree to pay us the fees and at the times set out in the Order Confirmation, or as may be agreed between us in writing from time to time (“Fees”). Unless otherwise agreed and set out in the Order Confirmation, Fees for the Services should be paid in advance at the time of booking. No refunds shall be given other than as set out in clause 7 of the
4. Your Obligations/Acknowledgements
4.1. You agree to provide a safe and individual sleep space for your child in order to practice the strategies suggested by The Sleep Nanny®.
4.2. You understand that the ‘Simple Sleep’ program is suitable for babies from 4-24 months of age. Younger babies or older children will require your
participation in the full support program, ‘Sleep Tight’ or ‘Sweet Sleep’ solutions.
4.3. We will need certain information from you about your child in order for us to provide the Services and for you to take specific steps all as set out in the Key Details and/or Order Confirmation. We accept no liability in the event that you suffer any loss due to inaccurate information regarding your child or if you fail to take the recommended steps. If you do not, after being asked by us, provide us with this information, or you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information or fail to take the necessary steps, we may make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to cover any extra work that is required. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance where you have not provided this information to us or taken the requested steps after we have asked.
4.4. You agree to follow The Sleep Nanny’s reasonable instructions pertaining to yourself, your child, or any other person’s health, safety and welfare, before, during or after sessions which form the Services
4.5. We may provide you with advice regarding products for your child; however, you will be responsible for purchasing such products on your own behalf. You understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of your satisfaction with that product or service, or of its safety and/or efficacy.
4.6. You understand and acknowledge that, despite the best endeavours of The Sleep Nanny, the Services do not have a guaranteed outcome. You acknowledge that the Services are subject to change; require time, work and commitment from yourself; and that multiple sessions may be necessary.
4.7. You acknowledge that you are satisfied with the level of training and qualifications of The Sleep Nanny and the level of our professional business insurance, and that The Sleep Nanny will stay within their professional remit, referring you onto other professionals if/when necessary.
4.8. The Sleep Nanny reserves the right to alter the session content or alter the session location at any time without liability.
4.9. Special Requirements If you have any special requirements in relation to your participation in the Dream Maker program please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.
5. Limitation of liability
Subject to clause 10 of the Terms of Purchase:
5.1. You agree that you are and will remain responsible for the actions of your child at all times and you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sleep Nanny in full for any and all claims of injury, expense, costs or damages to property, whether your own, that of The Sleep Nanny or any other third party, caused by the actions of your child while under The Sleep Nanny instruction or control, under your own care, or any relevant agent, or as a result of following training instructions; and
5.2. The Sleep Nanny is not liable for additional costs due to changes in sessions with clients, content, venues or consultants. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable notice where possible.
